Yes — the majority of our work is with residential developers and GCs on new construction. We're experienced with builder timelines, trade coordination, and phased rough-in/trim-out schedules. We offer consistent volume pricing for multi-unit developments.
We walk the site (or review plans) with you to scope every low-voltage system: network drops, speaker locations, camera positions, smart home hubs, and conduit runs. You receive a line-item proposal per unit within 48 hours. No obligation, no sales pressure.
Both. We rough-in all low-voltage infrastructure at framing, then return at trim-out to install and commission the smart home equipment — lighting controls, thermostats, smart locks, WiFi access points, and hub configuration. We hand off a fully functioning system to the homeowner.
Pre-wire (rough-in) on a standard single-family home typically takes 1–2 days. Trim-out and smart home commissioning is another 1–2 days after drywall. Multi-unit developments are scheduled per-building to fit your construction sequence — we coordinate directly with your super.
Yes. Netinstall holds a New Jersey low-voltage contractor registration and carries general liability insurance. We can provide certificates of insurance directly to your GC or project owner before mobilization.
